An experienced professional with over 19 years in the field of Total Logistics and Business Management, currently the “Company Director” for Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Sri Lanka deploying duties as the “Country Director”.

A proven professional in strategic management, marketing analysis and he is known to inspire and lead by motivating and coaching his teams in order to achieve their corporate and personal goals which in turn brings him tremendous job satisfaction.

Sahan is a very confident individual with a “Can Do Attitude” at all times. His ultimate goal is to use his expertise to achieve corporate goals and to create leaders in the industry. Achieving targets and making things happen are a part of both his personal life and career goals.

Educated at Royal College, Colombo, Sri Lanka, he obtained his Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, from the Association of Business Executives (UK); Associate's Degree (BSc Equivalent) in ‘Logistics, Shipping, Port Agency & Legal Aspects of Shipping Business’, from the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (UK) and was elected a Fellow Member of the institute (FICS-UK). He was also elected a Chartered Member of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CMILT-UK); He had also completed and obtained his Master in Business Administration from the University of Wales.

Furthermore Sahan is a qualified professional Interviewer, with a Certification for Professional Interviewers, from the Institute of Human Resource Management Sri Lanka; an Accredited Trainer from City & Guilds (UK) in the field of logistics, was a Toastmaster with Toastmasters International; and is ‘Justice of Peace, Whole Island-Sri Lanka’ awarded by the Ministry of Justice - Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
