Mr. Hashim serves as Executive Vice President and Head of the Transportation Sector at John Keells Holdings PLC. He has been with John Keells Group for 13 years, at Lanka Marine Services where he served as Chief Executive Officer from 2005 to 2015. He has also served as a member of the Transportation Sector Committee from 2005. During the last 13 years he has held the position of Chief Executive Officer at John Keells Logistics Lanka Ltd., for a short time and Mackinnons Mackenzie Shipping Co. Ltd. He has an MSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham (UK).
