Rajiv Fernando - Chairman, Sri Lanka Free Port Operators Association
Rajiv Chinthaka Fernando is a logistics and commercial professional with over 15 years of experience spanning mainline shipping, freight forwarding, warehousing and free-zone operations.

He currently serves as General Manager – Commercial at DGL Free Zone, where he focuses on commercial strategy, business development and logistics solutions. He also serves as the Chairman of the Sri Lanka Free Port Operators Association, representing the interests of free-port and commercial hub operators in Sri Lanka.

Throughout his career, Rajiv has worked with leading local and multinational organizations, developing extensive expertise in international logistics, key account management, commercial operations and the free-zone industry.
